• Custom Monograms (UV Print) with Single Piece Minimum: ADD $6.00 to stock silhouette
• Custom Imprints (UV Print) with 12 - 36 pc Minimum: ADD $2.50 to stock silhouette
• Custom Imprints (UV Print) with 40+ pc Minimum: ADD $1.50 to stock silhouette
• Custom Color, Custom Product Silhouette, Custom Construction: Minimums Vary, Contact Capri Designs

Direct Import Requirements:

• Minimum Order Value Required for Custom Color, Custom Product Silhouette, Custom Construction: USD 5,000 for Consolidated Shipments (FOB: Lavonia GA)

Due to the current market demand, we are unable to offer the option of customized manufacturing with a smaller commitment.

Production Lead Times:

Once any required development or pre-production sampling is approved, production lead times currently run anywhere between 75 days - 120 days. You will need to add an additional 20 days for air freight, or an additional 45 - 60 days for ocean freight.

Pricing:

Please send us your ideas, including the product you need manufactured and what you need customized, and we will work with you in order to arrange an accurate cost quotation.

Payment Terms:

For a design unique to the customer, we require a 50% Deposit with the order and a 50% Balance Payment due prior to factory departure with approved credit. For larger retail chains, please contact Capri Designs to discuss payment requirements.

Inspections:

We have our own internal inspection team who inspects all of our merchandise before departing the factory. We can meet any specific inspection requirements desired, from raw materials to in-line inspections to 3rd Party inspectors. Please let Capri Designs know your inspection requirements during the pricing stages.

Product Testing:

We offer product testing with any commonly used 3rd party facility, including Bureau Veritas and Intertek. For customers wanting to perform product testing, at the time we’re arranging pricing, please just let us know what standards the product materials must meet, and what protocols you’d like tested for.

Country of Origin:

Our current place of manufacture is China, India, or Columbia (Varies by Product).
