Shipping Information

All orders within the contiguous U.S. are shipped FOB Nashville, TN. Default shipping methods follow:

• Standard and Expedited orders within the contiguous 48 States are shipped via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified at the time of the order.
• Standard Orders to APO / FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories are shipped via USPS Parcel Post unless otherwise specified at the time of the order.
• Approved International Shipments will be per the customer’s specified carrier.

We ship most processed orders within 1 to 2 working days on in stock items. Additional time is required during rush seasons. To ensure your order is processed on the day it’s received and queued for shipment at our warehouse, your order must be placed by 12 noon EST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon EST, on weekends and on holidays will likely be processed the following business day and will be shipped as specified above. Once your order ships, please allow up to 7 days for arrival. For the most up to date transit times within the United States, visit www.ups.com/maps and enter an origin zip code of 37218.

SHIPPING & FREIGHT CHARGES:

Wholesale Customers: All freight charges are payable by the purchaser. All actual freight charges will be billed at the UPS shipper discounted rates (or the actual rate charged for any other alternate carrier). The actual freight charge is calculated after the shipment is packed and shipped. The freight amount shown during checkout is for authorization purposes only, and actual freight charges will not exceed the authorized freight amount. Wholesale orders may be shipped on the customer’s account and with the customer’s preferred carrier; however, Capri Designs must be notified of this request at the time the order is placed.

Retail Customers: All freight charges for orders under $25 or for customers located outside of the contiguous 48 states are payable by the purchaser. All actual freight charges will be billed at the UPS shipper discounted rates (or the actual rate charged for any other alternate carrier). The actual freight charge is calculated after the shipment is packed and shipped. The freight amount shown during checkout is for authorization purposes only, and actual freight charges will not exceed the authorized freight amount. Free Freight on ground shipments to a single location is offered for orders $25 or greater to customers within the contiguous 48 States.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Orders for in stock merchandise placed by 12 noon EST will ship out same or next business day via expedited courier upon the customer’s request, pending credit card authorization and verification.
