Returns & Exchanges

Every order is important to us and we do our best to ship all orders as complete as possible with merchandise that meets our customer quality standards. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your merchandise.

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the receipt of your shipment
  • Merchandise must be in original packaging with all original tags attached. If the product has any signs of usage, it will be considered damaged and will be sent back to the sender. No exceptions.

STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN

To ensure an accurate return, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please call (678) 400-2354 x 204 or email us at sales@capridesigns.com. YOU MUST REQUEST AN RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) TO MAKE A RETURN. Please include this number in the return package and please make sure the same RMA number is marked clearly on the outside of the package. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any items returned to us without the original packaging, original tags, or in bad condition will be refused a merchant credit.

Returned merchandise should be shipped to the address listed on the packing list. This will be found in your original shipment. We highly recommend keeping your tracking number for reference (for FedEx and UPS shipments) and requesting a delivery confirmation (for USPS shipments). Capri Designs does not accept responsibility for undelivered return packages. In all cases, be sure to insure the package for the full value of the product, including shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Returns will be refunded based on the original purchase price and will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Returns will be processed within two weeks of receipt.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us for immediate assistance at (678) 400-2354 x 204 or email us at sales@capridesigns.com. Please send an image of the damages to the email address above for our records. In the case replacement merchandise is available, we reserve the right to exchange or replace the damaged or defective merchandise.

Disclaimer, Exclusion of Warranties

Except as expressly provided in this agreement, we make no other warranties, express or implied, or arising by custom or trade usage and, specifically, make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and any warranties, conditions, representations, indemnities and guarantees with respect to the merchandise are hereby superseded, excluded and disclaimed. The express warranty contained in this paragraph herein constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty made by us and is in lieu of all other warranties. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages or lost profits, even if we were advised of the possibility of the same in advance. Our aggregate liability in any event is limited to the amount actually paid by you.
